- What products can be engraved?
We offer laser engraving on a variety of items including cutting boards, coasters, utensils, plaques, and more. Each product page will show the engraving options available. If you do not see an option that is available for a different design or have a custom request, feel free to contact us!
- What materials do you engrave on?
We offer a wide variety of products, including (but not limited to) engraved wood cutting boards, slate coasters and hot plates, drinkware, holiday ornaments, kids' name signs, bundle sets, and more. Any product that shows an option to personalize can be made to reflect a name of your choice. Please note: Due to the nature of wood, color and grain pattern will vary with each piece, making every product unique. Similarly, due to the nature of slate, shape and size will vary slightly with each piece.
- Will my wood and slate pieces look identical to the photos on the product pages?

- Do your products come with protective pads or feet?
Some do, yes! Slate coasters and hot plates come with pads on the bottom, as do the acacia trivets and trays with feet.
- How do I care for engraved products?
- Wooden Items: Hand wash only; Never put wooden items in the dishwasher; Avoid soaking in water; Occasionally treat with a food-safe mineral oil to refresh the finish and protect the wood/engraving
- Slate Items: Hand wash only; Avoid soaking in water; Wipe clean with a damp cloth, avoid abrasive scrubbers, and keep dry when storing.
- Drinkware Items: Follow the specific instructions on the product page (some may be dishwasher safe, while others may be hand wash only)
- What if I do not want to damage the image engraved on my cutting board? How do I use it as a functional cutting board?
This one is an easy fix - flip the board over! The entire board has mineral oil on it, making it fully functional; to preserve the image, utilize the back of the board for cutting. As oil wears off with repeated use, you will need to condition occasionally with food-safe mineral oil to maintain the finish.
- I see a design I love, but can it be made on a different product than those listed?
Potentially, yes! Many of our designs can be applied to multiple products. If you see something you like and want to know if it can be engraved on a different item than what's listed, please email us at walkersedge@yahoo.com and ask - we're happy to check compatibility!
- Do you take custom design requests?
Yes - we love bringing your ideas to life! Whether you have a concept, phrase, family name, date, design, logo, or text, we can help turn your idea into a memorable creation! If you’re not sure what will work best, our team can help refine the design to make sure it engraves beautifully. Email us your idea at walkersedge@yahoo.com, and we'll walk you through options!
- What format should I send my artwork or logo in for custom jobs?
We prefer high-resolution PNG or SVG files. If you only have a JPG or photo, we'll review it and let you know or if refinements are needed.
- Do you offer bulk or corporate orders?
Yes! We can create personalized gifts, event favors, or branded merchandise in bulk. Contact us for pricing and design options.
- Do you offer wholesale or reseller discounts?
Yes - wholesale pricing is available for qualified partners. Minimum dollar or minimum quantity thresholds may apply. Please contact us to discuss your needs!
- How long does it take to receive my order?
Processing time is typically 3-5 business days, plus shipping. For custom or bulk orders, processing times may be slightly longer.
- Do you offer rush orders?
Yes - if you need your order quickly, please reach out before purchasing. We’ll let you know if rush processing is available.
- Do you offer digital mockups or previews before engraving?
Mockups will only be provided for custom requests.
- Can I include a gift message with my order?
Yes, you can add a personalized message at checkout, and we'll include it with the order!
- Will pricing be visible if I send a gift to someone?
No - orders will include a packing slip, but it does not include pricing.
- Do you offer local pickup?
Yes, we offer local pickup in the Belgrade, Montana area! At checkout, please select "Local Pickup", and instructions will be provided. You will need to text/call to coordinate a pick-up time.
- What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
If you need an address correction, please contact us as quickly as possible. Once an order has shipped, we unfortunately cannot change the address or redirect the package.
- Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because each item is custom engraved, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if there is an issue with your order, please reach out; we’re committed to ensuring you’re happy with your purchase!
- What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
We take great care in packaging, but if your order arrives damaged or with an engraving error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
