Refund policy

At Walker’s Edge, many of our items are custom-crafted and made to order. Because each personalized piece is created specifically for the customer, all custom orders are final sale and non-refundable once production has begun.

We will happily replace or remake an item if:
       - it arrives damaged
       - contains an engraving error that was our mistake
       - the product is defective in materials or workmanship

For non-personalized items (when applicable), unused products may be returned within 14 days of delivery; the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
